He is survived by: his children, Ainsley, Raegan and Wyatt; his parents, Tammy Winkler Tarkington (Wayne) and Frankie Simmons (Sara); his brother Jesse Simmons; his half-sister Brooke Simmons; his stepsister Diane Godwin; his nephews, Tanner and Connor Simmons; his niece Rileigh Simmons; and his grandfather Roger Richardson, Sr..
