He is survived by: his wife Nancy Moore Sigmon of Lake Waccamaw; his children, Daniel Timothy Hilburn (Amanda Dale) of Lake Waccamaw and Wendy Hilburn Harness (Gerald) of Raeford, NC; his siblings, Andrea Woodcock (Dennis) of Hampstead, NC and Cofield Hilburn (Shirley) of Monroe, NC; his grandchildren, Samuel Norris (Natalie), Adam VanScooter (Bethany), Joshua Harness, Carly Harness, Luke Watts, Carter Watts and Kelsie Watts; and his great grandchild Grayson Norris.
