He was predeceased by: his parent Wallace K. Foster, Sr.; and his sister Jeanette Rahn. He is survived by: his parent Cora Wilson Foster; his wife Wanda Brown Foster; his children, Nick Foster of Spartanburg, SC and Terri Foster Reece (Jeff) of Canton; his sisters, Anne Jones of Brevard and Mary Mashburn of Mills River; his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Rebecca, Lisa, Denise, Suzanne, Norris and Nathan; and his great-nephews, Denver and Ben.
