He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Crowell and Florence Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lodema Debty; his daughter Bethany Hall (James) of La Luz; his granddaughter Juliana Hall; his son Travis Crowell of Boone; his sister Deborah Carter (Mark) of New Market, Tennessee.; his mother-in-law Sadie Debty of Marble; and his close friend Hobert Shelton of Asheville.
