Owen of Lake Toxaway, North Carolina, born in Jackson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Owen and Grace Owen; his siblings, Thomas Owen and Virginia Potter; and his sister-in-law Luella Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Perry Owen; his children, Richard Bryson, Perry Owen (Michelle), Zachary Owen and Malinda Owen; his granddaughter Megan Owen; and his brothers, Herbert Owen and Dwight Owen (Juanita). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
