She was predeceased by: her husband Ray S. Owen; her son John R. Owen; and her siblings, Betty Lytle, Robert Ducker and Solon Ducker.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Macklin (William) of Hollywood, FL; her sister Grace Scruggs of Mills River; her daughter-in-law Monica Owen; and her grandchildren, John Owen (Kristie), Laurell Owen, Andrea Owen, Jonathan Macklin (Nathalie) and Lorrick Rider (Jake).
