With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Maitland Pinckney of Lake Toxaway, North Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on June 30, 2023 at the age of 65. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lois Pinckney and Marion Pinckney; his significant other Sarah Frenzel; his spouse Brittain Fraser; his stepchildren, William and Caroline; and his siblings, Tom Pinckney (Joyce) of Seabrook Island, Richard Pinckney (Susan) of Greenwood and Gail P. Moore (Ray) of Blythewood. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, as well as a wealth of friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church or St. Johannes Lutheran Church in Charleston, South Carolina.
