We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2022, at the age of 74, William Leroy Bay III of Lake Lure, North Carolina, born in Camden, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen O'Connell; his sister Karina Bay of Rhode Island; and his siblings-in-law, Robyn Dale of Indiana, Maggie George of New Mexico, John O'Connell of Pennsylvania, Daniel McLaughlin of New Mexico and Robert McLaughlin of New Hampshire.
