It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Anne Powell of Lake Lure, North Carolina, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elbert Wrey Powell and Eugenia DuPree Powell; her cousin Ronnie Inabinett (Marsha); her friend Helen Jones; and also, Ron Inabinett (Christine) and Connie Widener (Jimmy).
