It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Marc Fretwell of Lake Lure, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Fretwell (Martin) and Malcolm Fretwell; his sons, Joseph Judd (Leanne) and England (Tristan Fretwell); his sister Joanne Fretwell; his nieces and nephews, Brandyn, Claudia O'Hara, England and Thomas O'Hara; and his daughters, Molly and Maddie Fretwell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials be made to the Lake Lure Baptist Church in Lake Lure, North Carolina, specifically to the youth program with a notation in memory of Marc Fretwell.
