He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Mitchell and Eleene B. Mitchell. He is survived by: his significant other Kay C. Mitchell; and his daughter Ginny M. White (Allen) of Weaverville. He is also survived by one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
