He is survived by: his wife Regina Blain Blackwell; his children, Denise Earley (Billy) and Kenny Blackwell (Jennifer); his sister Devern Upton; and his pets, Sophie and Izzy. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five greatgrandchildren.
