He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Joe" Brinegar and Hazel Conner Brinegar; his mother-in-law Karen Williams; and his grandchildren, AddieRaye and Gentry Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Kelli Brinegar; his children, Tiffany Fish (Chad), Kim Barker (Jerome) and DJ Atchley; his sisters, Glenda Wills (Tommy) of Lake Lure, NC and Carla Franklin (Freddie) of Hampton, VA; his grandchildren, Tyler Partridge, Eli and Ella Dean Fish; and his pets, Oreo and Berkley.
