It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verona Lindsey of Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, born in Cosby, Tennessee, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Shults and Susie Shults; her husband Gervis Alvin Lindsey, Jr.; and her brother Von Shults. She is survived by: her children, Al Lindsey (Joy) and Angie Lindsey Covill (Pete); her grandchildren, Ian Lindsey (Felicia), Dylan Covill and Quade Covill; her great grandchild Patti Mae Lindsey; and her siblings, Arona Shoemake and Voton Shults (Ilena).
