It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vance Roger Shepard of Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Colombus Clyde and Minnie Lee Lanning Shepard of Macon County; his wife Betty Jo Brannon Shepard; and his children, Larry Dale, Valerie Jo Fields and Roger.
He is survived by: his brothers, Palmer, Dave and Calvin; his son Thomas Shepard (Eva L. Shepard); and his son-in-law Charlie Fields. He is also survived by three grandsons; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
