She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Smith and Polly Ratcliff Smith; and her brother Donald Dean Smith. She is survived by: her son Justin Asbury Ferguson (Heather) of Knoxville, Tennessee; her sister Charlotte Parker of Waynesville; and her granddaughters, Vivianne and Mary Lloyd Ferguson. She is also survived by niece and three nephews.
