As Lora departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lora. Though Lora may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lew Herron and Jo Herron; her husband Preston Coffey; her siblings, Carol O'Neal (Greg) and Ed Herron (Karen); her nieces, Amy Herron and Callie Herron (Alex); her nephew Brett Herron; and her great-niece Eloise.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Harrell Center at the Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center (61 N Lakeshore Dr, Lake Junaluska, NC 28785).
