He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Guyot and Edna Guyot (Zimmerman); and his brother Phillip Guyot. He is survived by: his wife Dixie L Smith (Guyot); his children, Melanie Sandefur (Kevin) and Jeffrey Guyot (Patricia); his grandchildren, Jessica Garner (Peter), Shaun Sandefur, Carissa Ferguson (Calvin), Sarah Murdock (Aaron) and Rachael Carter (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Ellie, Westin, Jackson, Sawyer, Cecilia and Reed; his sister Linda Waterson (Richard); and his sister-in-law Carole Guyot.
