With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gail Camlin of Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, born in Danville, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gail left this world on March 1, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her brother Wallie Camlin; and her parents, Sarah Lesley Camlin (Theophilus Walter Camlin, Sr.) and Lake Junaluska. She is survived by: her children, Chris Derrick and Cami Robinson; her son-in-law Shane Robinson; her granddaughters, Hannah Anderson (Bentley) and Emma Robinson; her great grandchild Owen Anderson; and her sister Sylvia Camlin Ashcraft.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Venture Cemetery (4876 Old Clyde Rd, Clyde, NC 28721). A reception was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
