He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Butler and Maude Parker Latimer; and his grandson Daniel Hyde Latimer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Reno Latimer; his children, Gary Latimer (DeeDee) and Karen Garrison; his sisters, Floy Duckett and Carol Jackson; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Rachel, Sarah, Ben and Morgan. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
