He was predeceased by: his father Charles Henry Foster, Sr.; and his siblings, Sarah Waller, Minnie Heath and Carl Foster. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Foster; his daughter Tracie Chan (Roland); his pets, Lexi, Tilda Roux, Ruthie and Charlie; his siblings, Melanie Tripp and James Herring (Deborah); his mother-in-law Mary Tripp; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Ellen, Martha Foster, David Chambers and Parrott Heath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
