It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Rabon Jr. (La Grange, North Carolina), who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Samuel Rabon, Sr. and Bonnie Taylor Jackson; and his sister Maggie Rabon Funderburk of Chattahoochee, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne "Von" Wade Rabon; his son Roy Samuel "Sam" Rabon, III (Lisa) of Emerald Isle, NC; his grandchildren, Taylor Rabon Meares (Michael) of Washington, DC, Allyson Rabon of Brooklyn, NY and Mackenzie Rabon; and his sister Sara Tolar of Quincy, FL.. He is also survived by his three granddaughters.
