Roger Glenn Kennedy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Glenn Kennedy of La Grange, North Carolina, born in Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Linster Kennedy and Dorothy Kennedy; and his former wife Shelby Kay Shepherd Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Mallard Kennedy; his children, Crandall Anderson (Wendy) of Hillsborough, Amanda Kay Kennedy Hudson (Jay) of Ayden and Roger Matthew Kennedy (Cindy) of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Jordan Anderson, Bailey Anderson, Austin Kennedy, Chloe Kennedy and Wyatt Glenn Hudson; and his brothers, Ronald Kennedy of Pink Hill, Johnny Kennedy of Pink Hill and Timmy Kennedy of Pink Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Howard - Carter Funeral Home (1608 W Vernon Ave, Kinston, NC 28504).
