He is survived by: his wife Janie Morgan-Outlaw; his granddaughter Juliette Roberson; his children, Elder Tedra Clark of Memphis, Tina Outlaw of Mount Olive, Alicia Wade of La Grange, Dr. Kimberly Outlaw of La Grange, Arjanae Dunk of Kinston and Robert Outlaw, Jr. of Kinston; his stepdaughter Alysha Baldwin (Jackson) of Phoenix, Arizona; his siblings-in-law, Clifton Morgan of La Grange, Anthony Morgan of La Grange, Carolyn Mosley (Charles) of La Grange and Peggy Fisher (Charles) of Savannah, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Aaron Outlaw of Greenville, Danny Gooding (Pertrena) of Kinston, Grace Austin of Baltimore and Ruby Thomas (Sylvester) of Kinston; and his cousin Virgil Rosber of Kinston.
