She was predeceased by: her parents, A. G. Aycock and Nona Mae Moore Aycock; her husband Arthur Jack Herring; and her brother Linwood Gordon Aycock. She is survived by: her children, James E. Herring (Irene) and Cathy M. Herring; her grandchildren, Jackie L. Herring and Andrew J. Herring (Harley D. Herring); her great grandchild Madilyn J. Herring; and her friends, Anne Lee and Gail Coltrain.
