He was predeceased by: his father Carl Allen Gray. He is survived by: his sister Charlene Turner (Tony); his nieces and nephews, Kelly Hale (Brad Grant), Christa Lanier, Trey Turner and Zachary Turner (Janna Moore); and his great-nephews, Ryder Hale, Gage Grant and Liam Turner.
Though he battled Parkinson's disease for several years, Neil still had a love for life. Through his difficulties with Parkinson's, his bond with his mother grew even stronger.
