She was predeceased by: her spouse James Burton "J. B." Ham; her siblings, Horace Smith, Lucille Ivey, David Van Smith and Chester Smith; and her close friends, Josephine Lucas and Mildred Lane.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Moody (Bruce); her grandchildren, Tonya Holland (Michael Spencer), Tammy Holloman (Stacy) and Al Moody; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Holland, Kolby Holland, Ashlynn Holloman and Abby Grace Holloman.
