She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edwin Moore and Nora Ferguson Moore; and her husband Arthur Franklin "Frank" Bland, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Chris B Gates, Sarah B Westbrook, Thomas Edwin "Tommy" Bland and Arthur Franklin "Frank" Bland, Jr. (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Christi Hill, Joe Gates (Star), Kristen Westbrook, Andrew Bland and Collins Bland; her great grandchild Landon; and her pet Sierra.
