She was predeceased by: her father James Edward Lewis. She is survived by: her husband David Earl Jones; her siblings, Lu Ann Barber (Joey), Belinda Bagwell (Marc), James Edward Lewis II (Penny) and Lori Perry (Jimmy); her stepsisters, Cherry Kershner (Richard) and Jennifer Hawkins (Melvin); and her close friends, Debbie, Gary Caulder, Becky and Fred Berger.
In lieu of flowers, Kim requested donations to be made to Freedom Baptist Church or Kitty Askins Hospice Care, where she volunteered.
