She is survived by: her husband Paige Tart; her daughter Shannon Hill Barber; her grandson Noah Ross Barber; her brothers, Michael Dean Rouse and Marvin Dwight Rouse; her stepdaughter Cindy Tart; her stepgrandchildren, Amber Paige Tart, Celeste Railey, Dayne Raliey and Elliott Bryant; and also Dennis Elton Hill.
