He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edmond Walmsley, III and Mary Moore Reed Walmsley; and his son Reed Emmett Walmsley. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Jennifer Walmsley; his granddaughter Taylor Reed Askenstedt; and his brother James "Jim" Walmsley (Dottie).
