He is survived by: his wife June Daniels Whaley; his children, Kristi Whaley Andrews (Kelvin) and Phillip W Whaley; his grandchildren, Kalyah, Krystopher (Gwen), Kieryn, Kiyana and Phillip Scott; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Kyleigh, Aaliyah, Brandon, Kehlani-Zo, Amara Leigh and Azlyn.
