He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Fannie Jones Rouse; and his daughter Lisa Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his son Jay Rouse (Stacey); his daughter-in-law Shelly Rouse; his grandchildren, Jaime Parks (Steven), April Tutor (Kevin), Taylor Lee (Adam) and Heather Price; his great grandchildren, Kryslin, Bryson, Jaylin, Connor, Bailey, Braylin, Parker, Kolton, Denali, Shaun, Kyler, Averie and Jacob; his sister Lynn Eubanks (Jimmy); and his close friends, Rudy and Kathy Dillon.
