Though Eltweena may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roosevelt Koonce Sr. and Millie K. Koonce. She is survived by: her children, Lavanda Koonce, Latisha White and Kenneth Waters Jr.; and her sisters, Eldress Evelyn Grady, Barbara Johnson and Juanita Joyner. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen precious great-grandchildren.
