He was predeceased by: his children, Merlon Foss and Daly Keith Foss; his grandson Tyler Foss Mooring; and his siblings, Joshua Daly Foss and Peggy Foss Wiggins.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Mooring (Bob), John Dulon Foss, Jr. (Terry) and Dawn Foss Weaver; his grandchildren, Trey Mooring, Tate Mooring, Daniel Weaver, Daly Weaver, Johnna, Jeri and Jenna Foss; his great grandchildren, Jarrett, Kenley and Hally Fay; his friends, David Flanagan and Billy Weaver; his pet Piper; and also Merle Holmes Foss.
