He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack L. Wade and Ruby Mozingo Wade; and his brother Jimmy Wade. He is survived by: his girlfriend Ruth; his sister Esther Wade Watson (Jim); his nephews, Barry J. Watson and Vince J. Watson (Charlotte); and his sister-in-law Ruth Wade.
