She is survived by : her children, Elizabeth McNeill (Odell) of Lillington, Richard Wade (Deborah) of Kinston and Raymond Wade (Sonoko) of Kinston; her grandchildren, Joseph McNeill (Lisa) of Lillington, Cecil McNeill (Laura) of Lillington, Letitia Webb (Scott) of Bunnlevel, Christy Wade of Kinston, Melissa Wade (Kevin) of Kinston, Raymond Wade of La Grange, Sherry Bryant of La Grange and Staci Clark (Jason) of Lillington; and her close friend Willie Matthews of Erwin.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rouse Funeral Home (108 N Caswell St, La Grange, NC 28551). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Grace Baptist Church Youth Fund in Brevard NC.
