She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Wilber L., Yvonne Provost Wiggins, William Fleming and Brenda Gowan; her stepmother Carolyn Avery Wiggins; her uncle Wilber L. "Buddy" Wiggins, Jr.; and her aunt Theresa Switch Wiggins.
She is survived by: her father Jimmy Neal Wiggins of Kinston, NC; her children, Kaitlyn Parker (Matt Pearce) of Benson, NC, Skyler and Johnathan Dale Dunlow of Elizabeth City, NC; her brothers, Jesse, Will Saenz of Spartanburg, SC, William Rouse (Sonya) and Matthew Rouse (Jenna) of Seven Springs, NC; her uncle Michael Fleming; and her aunts, Karen Banks of Spartanburg, SC, Brenda Potter (Lynn), Shelia Barfield (John "Buddy") and Michelle. She is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
