She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Dawson, Jr. of Camden, NJ, Alexander Dawson of Kinston, NC and Tricia Schmidt; and her siblings, David Waters of Dudley, NC, Evelyn Waters of Forestville, MD, Barbara Andrews of Raleigh, NC, Carolyn Logan of Goldsboro, NC, Annie Battle and Garner A. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
