He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fulcher and Margaret Fulcher; his wife Karen Sue Fulcher; and his father-in-law Chester Hooten. He is survived by: his son Timothy Fulcher (Brooke); his grandchildren, Chester Reid Fulcher, Addie Jo Fulcher and Todd Anderson Fulcher; his siblings, Patricia Bolger, Jennifer Curtin (John), Beverly Styron (Dickie) and Keith Fulcher (Teresa); his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Phillips (Charles), Sandra Cromer and Bryan Hooten (Amy); and his mother-in-law Ruth Ellen Hooten. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
