She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Vance Mitchell, Jr. and Annie Laura Williams Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Blackwell, Jr.; her daughter Laura Blackwell Williford (Gregory); and her grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Locklear, Mckenzie Grace Locklear and Nathan Gage Locklear.
