He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Sarah Herzog (Mark) and Michael Costigan; his grandchildren, Sophia, Max Herzog, Eli, Emma Costigan, Jenna Reece, Tanner and Shainna Putnam; and his sister Anne Santino (Charles). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews and cousins.
