It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sylvia Jane Cox Davis (Kure Beach, North Carolina), born in Conway, South Carolina, who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillon Ansel Cox and Jane Marguerite Cox; and her sister Nellie Byrd Lawrimore of Georgetown, SC.. She is survived by: her husband Edward Raymond Davis; her children, Shelva Sagone (Davis) and Zachary James Davis Sagone; and her sisters, Anselee McClam of Irmo, SC and Drucilla Chavis (Lester) of Conway, SC. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Memorial donations may be made to Carolina Beach Presbyterian Church or to Wounded Warrior Project (WWP).
