He is survived by: his son William Eugene "Bill" Farriss, II (Julie) of Kure Beach; his brother Chad Farriss of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Daniel and Lessie Farriss. He is also survived by girl friend and love of his life, Ann Autry; and several nieces and nephews.
