He was predeceased by: his spouse April Elaine Butz. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Newton Horne IV (Val) and Barbara Bailey (Donald); his grandchildren, Johnny Bailey (Jamey Starnes) and McKenzie Minx (Briana Starnes); and his siblings, Mark Hooker, David Horne, Doug Horne, Benny Horne, Cheryl Ann and Pam Horne. He is also survived by his parents and wife.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to the Pretty in Pink Foundation or American Cancer Society.
