It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Lilley of Knotts Island, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Lee and Leona Lilley; and his daughter Stephanie Lilley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lilley; his daughter Tracey Boettcher (Mike); his sister Sandra Lilley Caffee (Larry); and his stepchildren, Lauren Lambert (Chris) and Alan Hunter (Amanda). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren as well as many extended family and dear friends.
