He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lowell Kincaid and Opal Shifflet Kincaid; and his brother Ronnie Kincaid. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley M. Kincaid; his children, Pamela Hood (Howard) of Edenton, NC, Edward Lowell Kincaid, Jr. and Lonnie Walker of Currituck, NC; and his siblings, Sandra Kincaid Barrett, Diane Kincaid Smith, Paul Kincaid and Mike Kincaid. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
