She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James Taylor and Beatrice Virginia Griffin; and her husband Randy Straughn. She is survived by: her children, Floyd, Jr., Frederick (Bennie), Billy Joe and Pam; and her stepson Chad. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
