He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Hailey and Ruth Lally; his siblings, Larry Hailey (Barbara), Patricia Kowalski (Matt), Maureen Albert (Ron) and Donna Pawelczak-Doyle; and his in-laws, Ralph and Jean Meierer.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Meierer; his sons, Roger J. Hailey and Jeffrey A. Hailey; and his grandsons, Bryce Conner Hailey and Carson Brooks Hailey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
