Brown Jr. of Boynton Beach, FL, Kim Apgar (Peter) of Charles Town, WV and Heather Cola (James) of San Antonio, TX; his parents-in-law, Bountham Rathavongsa and Nokeo Rathavongsa; his siblings-in-law, Van Rathavongsa (Trish) of Raleigh, NC and Cyndi Rue (Eric) of Raleigh, NC.; his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Zoey, Emily, Alynna, Heather, Holli, Eric, Jacy', Johnny (JT), Ryan, Brandon, Dylan and Cole; his great-nieces, Haylie Jayne, Kaylin, Amber and Sadie-Lynn; and his great-nephew Jayden.
